You will be met by one of our professional technicians at your property to introduce us, locate a water source, decide the best location of sprinkler heads & pipe, and explain the process of installation. From this information we will design a system that is specific to your landscape and personal needs.

Our team will begin by locating all possible obstacles (cable lines, roots, other power lines to sheds, etc.) and commence the process of pulling pipe with our vibratory plow. This machine leaves a small 1-inch seems in your grass and will heal up in 2 weeks, once your system is up and running. If we are installing a new landscape without sod, all lines will be raked up cleanly. The process continues by digging from the pipe to the head location, preparing for installation.

After all the heads are installed, we do a site clean up to ensure everything is straight and looking like we were never there! We then pressurize the system and ensure the sprinklers are adjusted properly, providing maximum coverage.

The timer is linked to your phone via wifi - sit back and watch your landscape flourish!

We use multiple smart irrigation timers depending on the size and location of the system. Smart timers allow you to control the system from anywhere in the world, at any time!

The major benefit of the smart timer is its ability to follow current weather patterns and predict future weather. The system will automatically shut down when heavy rain is in the close future, or if it rained sufficiently enough to water your landscape already. This automatic delay takes any guesswork out of watering!

Very little maintenance is required when we install irrigation systems. In the spring, it is as simple as turning the water supply on (usually in the basement) and turning the timer to “auto” or “run” depending on which system you have.

In the fall, the system requires ‘winterization’, also known as a ‘blowout’. We use a high pressure air compressor to blow any water our of the valves, pipes and heads to ensure they do not freeze over the winter. We provide this service in late October and early November to all of our clients. It is required to ensure that the warranty is not voided.
