    We’ll make your backyard dreams come to life with subtle yet elegant landscape lighting! The goal is to highlight the unique features of your landscape, late into the night. Landscape lighting can also be used to provide safety on dark walkways and steps, and create an ambiance that is specific to your property.

IRRIGATION SERVICES

  • We specialize in ‘smart’, wifi-based, irrigation systems to provide the most efficient watering for your landscape. Our 15 years of experience allows us to find the best options that will save you money on installation, future service & your water bill!

  • You will be met by one of our professional technicians at your property to introduce us, locate a water source, decide the best location of sprinkler heads & pipe, and explain the process of installation. From this information we will design a system that is specific to your landscape and personal needs.

  • Our team will begin by locating all possible obstacles (cable lines, roots, other power lines to sheds, etc.) and commence the process of pulling pipe with our vibratory plow. This machine leaves a small 1-inch seems in your grass and will heal up in 2 weeks, once your system is up and running. If we are installing a new landscape without sod, all lines will be raked up cleanly. The process continues by digging from the pipe to the head location, preparing for installation.

    After all the heads are installed, we do a site clean up to ensure everything is straight and looking like we were never there! We then pressurize the system and ensure the sprinklers are adjusted properly, providing maximum coverage.

    The timer is linked to your phone via wifi - sit back and watch your landscape flourish!

  • We use multiple smart irrigation timers depending on the size and location of the system. Smart timers allow you to control the system from anywhere in the world, at any time!

    The major benefit of the smart timer is its ability to follow current weather patterns and predict future weather. The system will automatically shut down when heavy rain is in the close future, or if it rained sufficiently enough to water your landscape already. This automatic delay takes any guesswork out of watering!

  • Very little maintenance is required when we install irrigation systems. In the spring, it is as simple as turning the water supply on (usually in the basement) and turning the timer to “auto” or “run” depending on which system you have.

    In the fall, the system requires ‘winterization’, also known as a ‘blowout’. We use a high pressure air compressor to blow any water our of the valves, pipes and heads to ensure they do not freeze over the winter. We provide this service in late October and early November to all of our clients. It is required to ensure that the warranty is not voided.

  • We have many years of experience detecting leaks, repairing pipes and heads and ensuring the issue does not come back.

    Most repairs are fairly simple when the pipes are accidentally damaged while planting new trees or plants, so it’s nothing to stress about! Simply give us a call and we will have the repair complete in a professionally and timely manner.

Creating a dream yard takes precise planning and landscaping, yet none of these details are seen at night. The goal of landscape lighting is to highlight the unique features of your landscape, late into the night. Landscape lighting can also be used to provide safety on dark walkways and steps, and create an ambiance that is specific to your property. No two lighting systems are designed the same!

  • We work closely with our clients to find the perfect light for each situation. Designing lighting systems requires a specific eye for detail. Trees, walkways, driveways, fire pits, stone walls and other features require different lights to create the illumination effect that show off your property best.

  • Our team’s goal is to ensure all the wiring is invisible and there is no disturbance to your gardens. Many of our clients are shocked when we get wires through areas they didn’t think was possible!

  • Minimal repairs are ever needed unless a wire is damaged with new planting or a light gets damaged by accident. But not to worry, you are covered by a two year warranty on labour and 5 year warranty on the lights and transformer.
